I finally lost 1.5 lbs. It has been so hard for me to keep track of my points. I do great during the week, but once Friday and the weekend comes around.... I eat a bit too much!

I cant remember my last post, its been a while since I was here. But I have lost 9 lbs in a month. A over all of 10 inches. I am very happy with my progress.

I haven't lost anything for the last 2 weeks. I've had a bad cold and have had no energy. When I get off work it's taken all I had to get supper on the table for my family and then once supper is over and the table clered off I fall asleep on the sofa. Hopefully I will get over this soon and be able to get going again. At least I haven't gained anything back. Danielle
