Weekly check In

I walked 5 days ont he treadmill for a half hour. I also ate well all week, and drank a lot of water.
I am really proud of myself. I lost 8 lbs I think alotof it was water weight but, I feel like I lost inches also I got a tape measure and measured myself so I can report inches lost also...Have a great week everyone...

Hi Kathy,

You are doing great!! I woke up today not feeling well. I'm trying to get motivated to get on the treadmill but a part of me thinks I should rest. Hmmmmm.
