I got on the scale this morning & lost 1 whole pound! WOOT! This is my first pound of the New Year, I'm so happy & I earned myself some cash! What did I do? Here's an example:
Exercise: 63 min. on Elliptical
Food:
Breakfast: FIXX (200 cal. milk included)
Lunch: Chipotle 1/2 of a Chicken Bowl w/small Dr. Pepper (675 cal. I've heard Chipotle, although their food is healthy it runs high in calories because portion size about 1100 for a full serving, so I cut that in half since I share w/my boyfriend)
Afternoon snack: 2 handfuls of regular chips (lets say about 175 cal.)
Dinner: Subway 6" Cold Cut Combo (sandwich only) w/cup of water. (410 cal.)
Total cal. consumed 1460 (I can't have more than 1969 cal. or I will gain weight) Are you thinking what I'm thinking? I can safely have another 350 and still be under. I really just wanted to show you that you don't have to starve yourself to lose weight. We eat out every meal for Lunch & Dinner. Just do a little homework, I always ask for a nutrition guide wherever I go out to eat. My weakness is the Dr. Pepper, I try really hard to keep it down to 1/day. I really hope that helps someone.

Congratulations!!!! Wow, you can have almost 2000 calories. That is wonderful and it is working for you. I am on a 1200 calorie diet so we will see if that works for me. I'm not as starving today. They might give me more calories if I continue to be hungry. :)
