Your goal weight loss:
25-35 pounds

Your eating plan:
Jenny Craig

Your Activity Plan:
Work out 6 days a week with cardio/weight training

Your reason:
I want to feel good about myself and feel comfortable in my own skin.

My goal weight loss: 30-35 pounds

Your eating plan: WW 'on my own' - i.e. no meetings etc.

Your Activity Plan: Work out 3 days a week - 30 min each time on treadmill.

Your reason: I want to feel less tiered, less lethargic, and have more energy to play with my baby.

Your goal weight loss: 40-47 lbs (It was 40 BUT we bought a new scale which says I'm 5 pounds heavier, I don't know which to believe)

Your eating plan: I'm eating what I want, counting calories & using a Hunger Management System called 'O3 World' using the main product FORM which is a capsule you take before you eat that swells in your stomach & takes up space to prevent you from eating so much (if anyone has questions DON'T hesitate to ask, I'd be happy to share info.)

Your Activity Plan: 4-5 days/wk Elliptical/Weights

Your reason: To be healthy & active.

My weight loss goal: 40 lbs

Eating Plan: To just start eating healthier

Activity Plan: Start working out as soon as I get the "OK" from the doc

Reason: I want to be around to see my kids grow, I want to have more energy, and I want to look good in clothes

These are GREAT goals everyone!!! We can all do it!
