I am really excited, I got on the scale this morning and I lost another pound! Last week was a pretty bad week, I was dealing w/a lot of stress after I started my weight loss plan. I was upset because I thought it was just going to take a toll on my goals and just put me back farther but I pushed through it and tried to stay positive. I am keeping a more detailed log on my Weight Loss blog so that is helping to relieve a little stress.
How is everyone else doing w/their goals?
