Happy Monday

Just wanted to wish you all a good week!

Happy the weekend is over, it's much easier for me to keep track of my points and what I eat during the week days.

Hi Sandi!

I'm rip rearing to go this week. I have been very hungry this morning but I am okay now. I will eat lunch in an hour so I just need to hang in there until then. I have had 5 1/2 points so far today and my lunch usually is about 6-7 points. I think I'm doing okay. I just need to drink that water! I've had 3 glasses so far!

Thnaks for the well wishes Sandi,
I got so much done yesterday and I am excited for today...When i keep myself busy I find I am not that hungry...this from someone who used to eat way too much.
