Okay, since I officially am starting my diet today I thought we should share what we eat for each meal. Please include a recipe if you are making something for your family so we can all copy. :)
This morning I am having 1 cup of cooked oatmeal with splenda and a little milk. On WW that is worth 4 1/2 points. I am going to drink two cups of water before I leave for church.
Gotta go get in the shower. Church starts in 1 1/2 hours and I have 5 kids to get ready, too. Have a great Sunday everyone!

I had 2 slices 45 calorie multi-grain toast with 1 tsp Peanut Butter and 1 container of Weight Watchers yogurt.
I just bought some WW yogurt. I'm going to have it for a snack in about an hour. Yum yum!
A little late posting, but I had oatmeal for breakfast too. Then I had a pear for a snack. Trying to drink all my water today, I didn't do well with that yesterday.
