Hi everybody...thanks for letting me join!

Hi ! I am really excited to have a place to visit and chat where we can encourage one another with our physical goals. I started on Monday the 21st with walking and being more careful with what I eat. The really hard part is that I walk with my husband at 6:00 am...which means that we get up at 5:30am! It is cold outside and I really don't want to get up but thankfully I have been able to for 3 days now. I want to loose about 82 pounds...long term goal. My oldest son is getting married end of June so that is my short term goal...to have some off by then. I want to add weight training into my routine in about a month. I love the CMB and I am excited to share with some of the ladies that chat there. Iam excited to get support through you all and I hope I can be to you.

Welcome Pam! I commend you and your dh for getting up that early to walk. The good news is that if you can do it now in the cold, keeping it up this summer should be a piece of cake!!

Welcome Pam! Great job getting up and walking in the cold. That is wonderful. I have a hard time getting into the car to drive to my workouts when it is cold.
