I fell off the wagon!! Help me!!

I was doing so well today. I had oatmeal for breakfast, a chicken caesar salad for lunch minus the dressing, and a healthy dinner. It all happened in my stamp room where I was covering Nuggets for an upcoming Cricut Swarm. I just couldn't wrap those delictible chocolates without trying one. It would only be 1 point, not a big deal. Well, 6 nuggest later and then a handful of M&M's, and I am satisfied. I hope that doesn't mess everything up. I will start over in the morning. Maybe I should incorporate 1 M&M a day. Maybe that would help my chocolate craving.

Slip ups happen. We are all human so dont let it bother you. Today is another day so get back on the wagon and start moving forward again. Good luck!

Today is a new day. Forget what happened yesterday and focus on today.

When I first started I wanted a peanut butter cup so badly. I waited until I got into bed that night and ate my pb cup knowing that I wouldn't get up to get another one. I know they say not to eat that close to bedtime, but it really worked for me.

Robyn just get back on that wagon and ride. You can do it . Don't let an m&m get you down or nugget or what ever else you ate. Were you standing up in your loft eating and working . cause then it doesn;t count. See make up the rules as you go. As long as your conscience of what you eat . I think that's part of the battle. Because sometimes we eat out of boredom or being tired, trying to stay awake and we really aren't aware of what we eat. keep track even if you mess up. If you were perfect there would be no goals (and nobody would like you either). God bless good luck .

Robyn, Its okay, the point is we keep going and dont let a few M&M's make us eat a whole bag ful with Ice Cream...It takes time to get it worked out and that is what we are doing working it out for ourselves. If youfeel too guilty go walk on a tread mill and you'll work the extra calories off and you'll feel better, so go dance around the Loft or something....Oh and get the Sugarfree Nuggets next time and you wont feel as bad if you should slip up ;)
