Here's what I'm having....
A huge salad with lettuce, cucumbers, celery with 10 squirts of low cal dression. (0 pts!)
1/2 cup chicken breast (2 pt)
1/2 cup low sugar spaghetti sauce (1 pt)
1 cup cooked rotini noodles (4 pts)
5 garlic melba toasts (1 pt)
For a grand total of 8 points!!! I have only had 12 today so that is 20 pts! My goal is 20 so that is not bad at all!! Hopefully dinner will fill me up so I am not hungry later. Wish me luck!

Sounds like a good dinner. I am not using WW point system with my diet, I am using an exchange diet, but that's a good meal for anyone trying to lose weight.
