You know I can eat healthy all week but come Friday, Saturday and Sunday I find myself eating a little of this and a little of that or going out to dinner more. Also, I don't drink as much water and tea as I do during the weekdays. So any progress I make early in the week goes away towards the end of the week! Drives me Crazy that I do that!!!!

I agree with you. The last time I was trying to lose weight (3 years ago) I had a hard time with the weekends. It was too easy to eat out. Now, we live in a small town with no pizza places or fast food. There is only 3 places to eat and DH doesn't like the food. It might be easier this time around. I have a hard time not drinking enough water. I will have to make sure to carry the water bottle everywhere.
Shelly, I know exactly what you mean. My husband has what he called "Sugar Friday" where for just one night he can eat whatever he wants. It helps him to still have some sweets and goodies he likes but keeps him disciplined during the week. I might try that with him, too.
I agree!!! I did really well all week. But tonight (Friday) means movie and pizza night for the kids. And I cannot resist pizza. I need to find something to replace pizza with. But somehow broccoli and movie night does not interest the kids. lol
