I am back on WW starting Monday. My problem is at work. I sit at my desk and want to eat all day long. Anyone have any suggestions? I try to drink water and bring healthy snacks but most of the time the candy bug gets me.

Chew lots of gum if you can!!! I don't have the problem with being at work. My problem is having all the snacks around the house for the kids. When they eat I want to eat, too!

Hmmmm try more fiber; it fills you up and lasts longer. There are some good low calorie granola bars and cereal bars out there. I cant' remember right now which ones they are. I wanna say that I have tried the Southbeach bars and they were good. If I think of anything else, I will let you know.

This is a trick I have been doing. I bought some flavored teas and have hot tea a LOT when I need something. Sometimes it really helps and other times I want a cookie to eat with my tea! LOL.

I went back to WW today and they gave out samples of WW Peanut Bliss Mini Bars! Yummy yummy yummy if you have a sweat tooth like me. Only 1 points! I would suggest maybe you take 2 to work to take away the sweet craving!
