Sorry, but I'm starving today!!!

I officially started my diet yesterday and did great but today I woke up totally starving. I just had 1 cup of cooked oatmeal with a little milk and splenda. Maybe I should have some yogurt, too. It's just food, I know I can overcome it. I need lots of your support today. Help me sisters!!

Keep a water bottle with you at all times. Also, whenever you feel hungry, brush your teeth. I feel I lose my appetite when I have just brushed. You can do it!

Thanks!! I WILL do it but I might get a little bit grumpy in the process. I had such a sugar headache yesterday. I finally had to take some Advil and have a WW lemon cake but it was only worth 1 point. Okay, I had two of those!!

You can do it. Just keep reminding yourself of all those cute clothes you'll be able to wear. I was starving yesterday between lunch and dinner, I had a banana and 4 whole walnuts and it worked like a charm! I was satisfied 'til dinner.

Add a 1/2 a banana with your oatmeal. or 1T raisins...not too many more calories but totally heathy. it will help with your headaches...

Wonderful!! I'm eating lunch now and hopefully it will fill me up until I have a small snack in a few hours.
